Our Services

AURXIO provides residential and commercial contracting, renovation, and construction services in Metro Vancouver. All services are subject to separate written agreements and contracts.

Estimates & Quotes

Free estimates provided are preliminary and non-binding. Final quotes require an on-site assessment and are subject to change based on material availability, project scope changes, and unforeseen conditions discovered during demolition.

Project Timeline

Project timelines provided are estimates. AURXIO is not liable for delays caused by permits, weather, material availability, subcontractor availability, or client-requested changes.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual contracts. Standard terms include a deposit upon contract signing, progress payments, and final payment upon completion. Late payments may incur interest charges.

Warranty

AURXIO offers a 2-year workmanship warranty on completed renovations. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by third parties. Material warranties are provided by manufacturers.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AURXIO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of AURXIO and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in Vancouver, BC courts.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
