3. Estimates and Quotes
All estimates and quotes provided by Aurxio Contracting are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material availability, and scope changes. Any changes to the project scope must be approved in writing and may affect the final cost.
4. Payment Terms
A deposit may be required before work commences. Payment schedules vary by project size and will be outlined in your service agreement. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, e-transfers, and certified cheques. All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in your contract. Late payments may incur interest charges.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee. For renovation projects, cancellation terms are specified in your individual contract. Refunds for deposits are subject to the terms outlined in your service agreement.
6. Warranties
We stand behind our workmanship with a 2-year warranty on all services provided. Manufacturer warranties on materials and products apply as per their terms. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications. To make a warranty claim, contact us within the warranty period.
7. Permits and Inspections
For projects requiring permits, we will assist in obtaining necessary permits from the appropriate municipal authorities. The client is responsible for permit fees unless otherwise agreed. We will schedule and coordinate all required inspections to ensure compliance with local building codes.
8. Property Access and Safety
The client agrees to provide safe access to the work area for our team. This includes ensuring pets are secured, walkways are clear, and any hazardous materials are disclosed prior to work commencement. Our team follows strict safety protocols and carries Workers' Compensation coverage for all employees.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurxio Contracting & Renovations Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Aurxio Contracting & Renovations Inc. and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.
